The museum has been hosted since 1981 within Palazzo Panichi, a building erected on ancient medieval structures that still preserve their integrity, along with Renaissance and 18th-century renovations.
The female belts from Salino, the engraved jewelry set from Monteprandone, the orientalizing productions, the magnificent double-faced herm mosaic from the Palace of Justice, and the portrait of Trajan.
