In treno Mantova è facilmente raggiungibile da Verona (45 minuti), da Modena (55 minuti) e da Milano (2 ore e 15 minuti). La stazione ferroviaria di Mantova, in P.zza Don Leoni 14, non è lontana dal centro storico ed è collegata con gli autobus linea 4 e 12 (discea p. Sordello), circolare n 1 (discesa p. Concordia).
