  1. WHY CAN’T I PRINT MY TICKETS/SAVE THE PDF OF MY RESERVATION?
    The "pickup on site/pickup at ticket office" option was selected by mistake where provided, or the booking was not successful, it is advisable to write to the email address etickets@coopculture.it

  2. FOR WHICH RESERVATIONS CAN I SELECT THE PRINT AT HOME OPTION?
    The "print at home / print at home" option is available for all types of tickets.

  3. WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF IN MY PAYMENT RECEIPT I SEE WRITTEN PAYMENT AND/OR TRANSACTION REFUSED?
    The payment was made but the transaction failed. No money was withdrawn from the credit card. We recommend making a new booking and a new payment.

  4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED THE EMAIL FROM THE PAYMENT SYSTEM?

  1. WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF MY TIMETABLE TICKET?
    The ordinary ticket is valid for 24 hours from first use, it allows one entrance at the booked time to the Colosseum and one entrance to the Roman Forum – Palatine Hill area. 
    The Full experience ticket is valid for 2 days and allows one entrance at the booked time to the Colosseum with access to the Arena or to the Underground and the Arena, depending on the reservation made, and one entrance to the Forum - Palatine area.
    The time indicated in the booking refers to the entrance to the Colosseum. Roman Forum and Palatine Hill do not have a bookable opening time (it is advisable to check opening hours on the website coopculture.it).

  2. WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY TICKET WITH THE OPTION PICKUP ON SITE/PICKUP AT TICKET OFFICE?
    The only way to access is by using the digital ticket in pdf format.
    For any problems there is on-site assistance.

  3. ARE THE ROMAN FORUM AND PALATINE HILL INCLUDED IN THE COLOSSEUM TICKET?
    Roman Forum and Palatine Hill are always included in the Colosseum entrance ticket. They do not have a bookable time (it is advisable to check opening times on the website coopculture.it).

  4. HOW LONG IN ADVANCE IS IT ADVISABLE TO ARRIVE AT THE COLOSSEUM TICKET OFFICE?
    20 minutes to pass the security check.

  5. WHERE CAN I ADD THE FREE TICKETS FOR UNDER 18 YEARS IF I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED ENTRANCE TICKETS (without guided tour) FOR ADULTS OF MY FAMILY?
    The free entrance tickets must be booked on the site together with the full ones, it is possible to buy them online at a later stage at the same time only if available.

  6. WHICH DOCUMENTS SHOULD I BRING FOR ENTRANCE TICKETS FOR MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD?
    The identification documents (passport or identity card) in original format.
