Booking for organized groups: between 9 and 20 people plus the guide For all groups (of six or more people), booking and advance ticket purchase are mandatory. Reserve the date and entry time slot in advance online or by contacting the Call Center. If unused for reasons not attributable to the organizer, advance purchase admission tickets will not be refunded.
