MPORTANT NOTICE Starting from October 13, 2025, all admission tickets to the museums of Le Gallerie degli Uffizi will be issued in the ticket holder's name. Tickets purchased in advance of the visit date are subject to a standard surcharge, as outlined in the official price list of Le Gallerie degli Uffizi. Advance tickets can be purchased online or through the call center. Tickets for same-day visits (without the surcharge) can be purchased online and at the ticket office. At the time of purchase, each visitor must provide their personal identification details, which will be associated with the ticket. Access will be denied if the name on the ticket does not match the visitor's identification document. No refund will be issued in such cases. A maximum of 10 tickets per day can be purchased per account. Please be advised that even if online tickets are sold out, the museum's on-site ticket offices remain fully operational. However, on expected high-attendance days (with the exception of free admission days), prior booking is strongly recommended.
