The Natural History Museum is the oldest civic museum in Milan.
Today the Museum is the centre of the activities of the Science Garden, which includes two large educational workshops, Paleolab and Biolab, and the Civic Planetarium Ulrico Hoepli.

VISITING THE MUSEUM
The Museum is divided into five large sections.
Mineralogy (currently being rearranged).
Paleontology, which includes paleostratigraphy, paleogeography, fossilisation processes, palaeoecology, evolution and paleontological techniques.
Natural history of man, dedicated to the origin and evolution of man and his relationship with the environment.
Zoology of invertebrates, including lower invertebrates, molluscs and arthropods, entomology
Zoology of vertebrates. Here somo exhibitions dedicated to the zoology of vertebrates, divided into exotic fauna, equatorial forests and tropical wetlands, temperate forests, taiga and mountains, arctic and antarctic environments, marine mammals, savannahs, prairies, deserts and Italian fauna.
