Reservations are permitted for school groups of up to 28 people, including teachers and guides.
To access the Museum, a list of the names of the students and accompanying teachers must be presented. The list must be stamped and signed by the educational institution, whose name must be indicated. Booking and pre-purchasing tickets are mandatory. It is mandatory to book the date and time slot for entry in advance, either online or by contacting the Call Center. The use of an audio system with earphones is mandatory: the group may use their own or purchase one online for €1.50 and collect it at the LAVABO room. If tickets purchased in advance are not used for reasons not attributable to the organizer, they will not be refunded.
