Booking your visit date and entry time slot in advance is mandatory. This can be done online or by contacting the Call Center. The use of an audio guide system with earphones is mandatory. Groups may use their own or purchase one online for €1.50 and collect it at the "Sala del LAVABO" (LAVABO Hall). If tickets purchased in advance are not used for reasons not attributable to the organizer, they will not be refun
Radio guides are mandatory only for accompanied groups

From 3 to 6 February, the San Marco Museum will be temporarily closed due to structural works at the museum entrance.
From 25 January, the Library Room and the Angelico Room will be temporarily closed for refurbishment works.
Notice: the dormitory on the first floor of the San Marco Museum closes at 1:30 p.m.
