How to reach
BY CAR
Take the A11 Firenze - Pisa motorway, exit at Prato est. Follow the signs to the city centre.
BY BUS
The CAP and Lazzi bus lines provide a service between Florence and Prato with departures every 15 minutes from the Santa Maria Novella station.
BY TRAIN
The Museum is easily accessible from Prato Central Station (15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by LAM urban bus towards Nenni, get off at the bus stop 'Castello') and Prato Porta al Serraglio Station (5 minutes walk through the pedestrian zone).

- Groups of up to 14 participants and one accompanying person are permitted, necessarily equipped with a whisper system (microphone and earphones), regardless of the number of members in their group.
- Groups can also book outside opening hours (minimum of 10 people and at least one week's notice).
- The maximum length of the visit for groups is 1 hour. Please note that if you wish to extend the duration of the visit, you will need to contact the ticket office and reception staff who control and manage the flow of visitors in order to agree on how to proceed in compliance with safety regulations.
