The Pantheon's oculus—the opening that allows light to penetrate the monument’s interior—has always captured visitors’ imaginations.
The public opening of the area between the Pantheon and the Basilica of Neptune offers a unique opportunity to narrate the monument's history and its relationship with the city. This story is brought to life through augmented reality and an exhibition of artifacts that serve as visual testaments to that history.
