Second date of the bio / km0 dinner show and meeting with the producers at Teatro Altrove in the historic center of Genoa. This time the products and stories of two farm cooperatives of Valbisagno are protagonists. In addition to eating in the restaurant within the theater, it will be an opportunity to tell the story of the two cooperatives by Alberto Airenti, chairman of the Griefhinelli agricultural coop - who produces bio saffron in Fontanegli - and Stefano Chellini, president of the Agricultural Cooperative Monte di Capenardo, who breeds cows biologically and has opened a shop in Macelli Street.
The prince's plate of the evening will be the risotto alla Milanese con ossobuco.
