Archaeological Area of the Liturgy Gardens: 2000 years of history in one place. A collection of rich finds of Roman times, including the remains of the Genoa amphitheater, a well of the fourth century, a memory of when the arena was transformed into cultivated fields, medieval and post-medieval structures built from the 12th century onwards. They are "ongoing works", which invite the public to actively follow the evolution of the area's design and the continuing redefinition of its identity, through the contribution of all those who will attend it. A new and ancient place, in the heart of the historic center of Genoa, where you can take part in various proposals.
Every Friday afternoon guided tour with archaeologist.
