By bus: Route Florence-Prato departing from Santa Maria Novella train station.
By train: Station of Porta al Serraglio (500 mt), from the Central Station (1200 mt) and from the stops of the main urban and suburban buses.

- The site is partially wheelchair accessible: the terrace is not accessible.
- In a room located on the half floor of the second level there is a "Baby Pit Stop" area for breastfeeding and baby-changing table.
