aqueduct of Genoa is an imposing structure built to water the city at
the beginning of the 1200's and then expanded and improved until the
middle of the 1600s. Today it represents an interesting hiking trail
both from the historical and the natural point of view .
guided hike runs through Molassana to Staglieno, crossing much of the
ancient trail between ancient gardens, mixed forests and hidden valleys,
and reaching the great Geirato and Staglieno bridges-true siphons, true
engineering masterpieces of the time.
