This service of official advance sale is authorized by the organizer of special events and exhibitions. First of all please read the pages information, timing and costing, services, news. A valid ticket allows the access to all the exhibitions in Palazzo delle Esposizioni. To buy entrance by internet sales following the instructions on this page (fee for services € 1,50). Coopculture offers the service of advance sale on line in collaboration with Omniticket Network. 
 REGULATIONS REGARDING ADVANCE SALE 
 1. You may purchase entrance tickets and educational tours until 11.59 pm of the preceding day 
 2. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for these purchases. Coopculture and Omniticket remind you that purchase on line is secure: the level of security offered is that of protocol SSL with ciphering at 128 bit. Credit card data are communicated exclusively to the SSB (Società Servizi Bancari). 
 3. Upon making a transaction you will receive via e-mail a letter confirming the service to be performed and a reservation code to be shown to the cashier when you collect your tickets. 
 4. You may pick up your tickets at the ticket office of the site, at a special desk reserved for this purpose, at least a quarter of hour before the time of your entrance or educational tour. Your ticket is valid only for the date specified.  
 5. For temporary events: tickets picked up at the ticket office are not-refundable except in exceptional circumstances for which the organization is responsible. Any eventual reimbursement for tickets is subject to the regulations established by the organization and by the proprietors of the event and will be made by the credit card account. Coopculture is not responsible for any cancellations, changes or modifications of an event. Entrance to sites where events take place is regulated by the special norms established by the organizer and the proprietor of the site. 
 6. On the basis of article 1173 and following of Italian civil code, once you have made payment on line, you may not cancel the purchase made. In the event that such a cancellation occurs, Coopculture will initiate a legal procedure, ex article 1218 and following of Italian civil code, at your expense. 
 7. Coopculture assumes no responsibility for damages direct or indirect, of any nature, suffered in relation to the services it provides. Furthermore, Coopculture reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or interrupt any service or function for technical or organizational reasons.

1 when Do I have to print the tickets? At the end of the transaction; it will appear you a page of confirmation of the order with the button for the press.   


2 What do I need? To get your tickets you only need your home printer (both color or black and white); then you can go directly to the entries without making queues at the cashier stations!   


3 I don't have a printer You can't purchase the tickets online.We recommend you to purchase the tickets directly onsite.   


4 Please note before printing. You shall check the regular operation of your printer (turned on or out, level of toner, number of sheets...); besides before printing the tickets you could make a printing test.We recommend you to print the tickets at least in normal or tall formality and not in draft, so that to avoid that the barcode is printed badly.   


5 Please note after printing. You shall preserve with care the ticket, avoiding to fold up him/it, to stain him/it or to bathe him/it especially in proximity of the bar code.   


6 The ticket is not duplicabile in some way. Each ticket will be verified by the access control system of Omniticket at the entries of the event. The system is able to recognize and to accept only the single ticket produced with its relative data; possible copies or manipulations of the data brought on the ticket will be recognized and stopped by the system and will be pursued to terms of law.The tickets can be printed once alone.   


7 Payment Confirmation e-mail. An e-mail confirming your payment will be sento to you. To Print this e-mail doesn't replace in some way the tickets.   


8 Incomplete printing. In the case you find problems with you printer ( paper ended, toner ended...) you will be able to click above a link that signals your problem to the Omniticket.it Support that send you the tickets.
